These are shilajit gummies with real shilajit resin. It has acquired taste and took me a few days for getting used to, but now I look forward to taking it
They do not taste that great but that’s the point. There is no way to completely mask the taste or color of real, high grade Shilijat. These are good tasting for Shilijat and I love the texture.
I was concerned about the taste but when I tried it I actually really liked them! We all know that shilajit’s taste is not so good in general.
For me, the gummies are way easier to digest than the drinkable form. If I add the resin on a drink, the whole drink tastes like shilajit and it takes longer to sip. But the gummies are way easier and time effective. I eat some dates after and I dont taste the shilajit any longer.
