1. DISSOLVE SHILAJIT IN YOUR MORNING COFFEE OR TEA
Whether you're a tea aficionado or a coffee enthusiast, incorporating Shilajit into your morning brew allows you to savor it without disrupting your morning ritual.
2. LEMONADE WITH HINT OF SHILAJIT
One doesn't need a reason to drink Lemonade. Enjoy this cooling drink any time of the day and don't forget to make it more nutritious with Shilajit.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 small dab of Shilajit
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a glass, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with cold water.
2. Stir in honey or sugar until it's fully dissolved, adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup date paste
- 2 tablespoons ghee (for binding)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely shredded coconut (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon Shilajit resin
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the date paste and warm ghee. Mix well until they form a smooth and sticky mixture.
2. If using, add the chopped nuts, dark chocolate powder, and raisins to the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
3. Gently warm the Shilajit resin in your hands until it becomes soft and pliable. Then, knead it into the date mixture until it's fully incorporated.
4. Place the finely shredded coconut in a shallow dish.
5. Take small portions of the date and Shilajit mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
6. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until coated evenly.
7. Place the energy balls on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up, making approximately 10-12 energy balls.
9. Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
